Mourinho Snub: Wenger Blames Sudden Vertigo

Following the media hype surrounding Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger’s apparent snubbing of bitter rival and Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho; the Frenchman sited a rare case of vertigo as the real reason for the misconception.

“People are of the impression that I refused to shake Jose’s hand, but when you look at the video, as I walk by Jose, I am a bit drowsy. That was vertigo. It happened suddenly, and in that moment I don’t recall seeing Jose. I searched all over for him, but I couldn’t find him in my state of vertigo. Everything around me was spinning; Jose too I suppose. It was like a whirlwind.”
